How To Enrol
Enrolment Options:
Download an Application Form using the link below and email it to us as an attachment, or print it and send it to our postal address Email us at swimhatchend@hotmail.com with your name, address and a contact telephone number, saying whether your enquiry is for an adult or a child. We will send you the application form which you can return by post Leave us an answerphone message, including your name, address, contact number and stating whether your enquiry is for an adult or a child
Complete the contact form below, including your name, address, contact number and stating whether the enquiry is for an adult or child in the large "message" box.
Please do not send payment with your application – we will contact you with an offer of a place, and request a deposit at this point. We will only contact you when we have an offer of a place for you or your child.
Please note that the address for administration is not the address of the swimming pool where we hold our lessons.
